Migration inhibitor TM(thermacol MP)
Migration inhibitor TM is copolymer liquid that mainly composed of acrylic. It can be used of continuous pad dyeing and thermosol dyeing, and has prominent effect of anti-migrating.
Characteristics and advantage

Basic property
Appearance: colorless or yellowish viscose liquid
Ionicity: anionic
pH Value: 7.0-8.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be easily dissolved in water
Application field
Dyestuff: direct dye, reactive dye, vat dye, disperse dye and pigment.
Fiber: cotton, T/C, T/V(viscose), etc.
Equipment: continuous pad dyeing and thermosol dyeing equipments.
Recommended dosage
For example of disperse-vat thermosol dyeing:
Fabric: T/C, 45×45, cambric
Equipment: thermosol dyeing machine
Formula: disperse dye: X g/L
vat dye: Y g/L
Migration inhibitor TM: 5-15g/L
Procedure: padding(pick up: 50-70%)→infrared pre-heating→hot air drying→fusing(190-210℃, insulating 60-90sec) →vat aging→washing→oxidizing→soaping→washing→drying.
